We keep our cohorts intentionally small and reserve space and instructor time based on confirmed enrollment.

You may cancel your enrollment for a full refund 14 or more days before the first scheduled class.

If you cancel at least 7 but fewer than 14 days before the first class, you may choose either a 50% refund or a credit for the full amount paid toward a future Critical Tinkering program.

Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the first class are nonrefundable. We may offer credit toward a future program at our discretion.

You may also cancel within 24 hours of your original purchase for a full refund, provided the first class has not begun.

Missed classes are not refundable or prorated.

If Critical Tinkering cancels a cohort or your selected time slot cannot run, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

If Critical Tinkering cancels an individual session and cannot reasonably provide a replacement session, we will refund the portion of tuition attributable to that session.
