A parent or legal guardian purchases the program and enrolls the participating child. The current program is intended for the advertised age range. Payment is due at signup, and enrollment is subject to availability.

Each time slot needs the configured minimum number of students to run. If Critical Tinkering cancels a group, tuition is refunded in full. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

Students must bring a compatible Mac or Windows laptop and have Roblox Studio installed as instructed. Students are expected to behave safely and respectfully. Critical Tinkering may remove a student for serious or repeated disruptive or unsafe behavior; no refund is promised in that circumstance.

The curriculum may change slightly based on the group’s pace, technical issues, or educational needs.

Students retain ownership of the original creative work they make, subject to the terms and licenses of the third-party platforms and tools they use. Critical Tinkering retains ownership of its curriculum, instructional materials, templates, example projects and code, teaching methods, branding, and other pre-existing materials. Participation does not transfer Critical Tinkering’s instructional intellectual property to the student. We do not claim ownership of a student’s independently created game.

Critical Tinkering will not publicly publish a child’s project or use a child’s name or image for marketing without parent or guardian permission. We do not guarantee that a project will be commercially successful, publicly approved by Roblox, or remain available indefinitely on a third-party platform.

Roblox, Roblox Studio, AI tools, Stripe, and other third-party services are operated by third parties and have their own terms. Critical Tinkering is not responsible for their availability, decisions, or practices.

To the extent permitted by law, Critical Tinkering will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the program or third-party services. Our liability for a claim relating to the program is limited to the amount paid for the affected enrollment, except where the law does not allow that limitation.
